Nailing down Christmas!
As I said last night I'm going to try and post something about Christmas each night for the next couple of weeks. This evening I want to tell you about a book written by Max Lucado, its called "He Chose the Nails"
We studied it during lent a few years ago. It had a profound effect on many in the congregation. So much so that we adapted one of the chapters and used it for our annual Christmas movie it must have been about three or four years ago now but it still has a message worth hearing again.
I guess its the story of the lost son only this time its the lost daughter. Have a look and listen tell me what you think. We used the chapter that tells the story of Maddy and her Dad. In this story Maddy always dances with papa on Christmas eve. I thought it was a good line for a song. So we wrote and recorded a wee Christmas type song to go with the movie.
