It's just gone 11.30pm and I'm in Lima. This has been quite an historic weekend. For the first time ever the Vine Trust and Union Biblica have come together for a joint meeting to discuss vision and strategy. I was walking past a couple of elders as they talked in church on Sunday . I couldn't help but overhear their conversation. They were talking to each other about the challenges that face them in the workplace.
